CNC Machine Operator - Afternoon Shift

Monday - Wednesday 4:30pm - 2:30am
Thursday - 4:30pm - 1:30am
**RATE ADVERTISED INCLUDES A 30% SHIFT ALLOWANCE**
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our afternoon shift. Our machine shop is modern and we have invested over £2.0m in new machinery in the last 3 years due to a full order book. We are not a subcontract machine shop, we manufacture specific product ranges direct for some of the biggest heavy equipment manufacturers in the world. We have long term supplier agreements and contracts in place with our OEM customers.
We run fixed head machines and sliding head machines.
It is essential that you have experience operating CNC machines, preferably turning, changing offsets and inserts, maintenance, and also use of measuring equipment - mics, verniers, ring gauges, plug gauges, shadow graph, height gauges.
Must be competent with completing paperwork - Work Orders, quality control charts etc.
