Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services efficiently
- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries clearly and confidently
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems while practicing excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and organizing back-stock areas
- Prioritize time management to ensure all tasks are completed promptly while delivering exceptional service
Requirements
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to serve diverse customers effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and transactions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the store tidy, stocked, and visually appealing
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a busy retail environment
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus for serving a wider customer base
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous
