About the role
Source Supply are seeking a patient and encouraging KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Redcar and Cleveland.
The school require a KS1 Teaching Assistant who loves the idea of helping the children transition comfortably from EYFS into an exciting and structured KS1 setting. You will act as a mentor to guide the children through the next chapter of their learning.
The successful KS1 Teaching Assistant will be a steady and supportive presence in the classroom, so children can thrive and reach their whole potential.

Requirements
All successful applicants will:
- Have experience in working with children in a school setting.
- Have a nurturing, patient and consistent approach.
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
