Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Order Picker)
Location: Yatton, North Somerset (Bristol BS49 4QN)
Working Hours:
Two shifts to choose from:
AM shift: 06:30-14:30
or
PM shift: 14:30-22:30
Pay Rate:
AM shift £12.91 per hour, PM shift £14.20 per hour
Working over the weekend – the first 8 hours are paid from £19.59 per hour and anything over is paid at £25.82 per hour
+ Attendance bonus of £86.67 paid every 4 weeks for 100% attendance

The Role – Warehouse Operative:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important part in making sure customer orders are picked, packed, and ready for delivery on time. You’ll be working in a friendly and supportive team environment, where accuracy and reliability are key. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady, ongoing work with fixed shifts.
Your key duties will include:
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Working accurately and efficiently to targets
- General warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
- Reliability and good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
