Position: Care Home Manager
Location: Near Folkestone, Kent
Salary: £45000 per annum + Company Car
Alvo recruitment are delighted to be recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager to join a lovely, family run care home located near Folkestone in Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate manager to take the lead at a well established home, supporting the team to provide outstanding care while continuing to develop the service and increase occupancy.
The Role
As Care Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day to day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and resident wellbeing. You will be a strong and visible leader who can motivate and develop your team while building positive relationships with residents, families and professionals.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience managing a care home in a senior management capacity.
Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations, standards and requirements.
Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A proven track record of increasing occupancy and driving business development.
The ability to motivate, support and develop a dedicated care team.
A strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance.
A professional, compassionate and person centred approach.
The confidence and ability to build excellent relationships with residents, relatives, staff and external professionals.
