Symonds & Sampson is seeking a part-time administrator to join our residential sales office in Bridport. The role will suit a highly organised and enthusiastic 'people person' with an interest in property. Full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining good relations with clients
- Diary Management
- Confidently communicating with clients in person, by phone and by email
- Preparing paperwork and data management
- Carrying out property viewings, although the role is largely office based
Key Skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Efficient with a good eye for detail
- Reliable, organised and conscientious
- Full driving license with access to a vehicle
Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing administrative role is required
- Experience in residential sales is helpful but not essential
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases

Salary- A zero hours contract at a rate of £14 per hour
Hours- 8:45am to 5:30pm Friday and 9am to 4pm Saturday
