NOA Rooftop Bar is a stylish, vibrant new addition to The Granville Theatre in Ramsgate. With sweeping coastal views, a lively atmosphere, and a focus on quality, fresh ingredients, we're on the lookout for a talented Chef or Cook to join our growing team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid cooking experience who is passionate about food and thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing a range of dishes from small plates and starters to freshly made sourdough pizzas. Prepping ahead of service and ensuring high standards of quality and consistency will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, including starters and sourdough pizzas
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen organisation
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Work efficiently during service, managing timing and coordination
- Collaborate with the team to develop specials and new ideas
We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen experience is essential (professional or high-volume cooking)
- A genuine passion and flair for food
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
- Reliability and flexibility, with a commitment to agreed set working days and hours
