Job Summary
An established and growing domiciliary care provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and oversee its home-care service in Milton Keynes.
This is a key leadership position for an experienced care professional who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring high standards of care, strong CQC compliance, and effective management of the care team.
You will be responsible for ensuring service users receive safe, person-centred, and high-quality care while developing a positive culture across the organisation.
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
