Salary: £35,000 basic (OTE £45,000)

Bridgegate Security is expanding across the West Midlands and we’re looking for a commercially aware, organised and confident Area Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of venues across the region.
This is a senior operational role. It will suit someone who already understands multi-site security delivery and is comfortable balancing people management, client relationships, compliance and commercial performance. If you are an experienced Area Manager or a strong senior manager ready to step up into a broader remit, this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of an area and make a visible impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and developing teams of SIA Door Supervisors across multiple West Midlands locations
- Owning client relationships and ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery
- Supporting growth across the area and helping develop new business opportunities
- Overseeing compliance, vetting, payroll coordination and operational standards (with head office support)
- Being visible in the field, supporting teams on the ground and dealing with issues decisively
- Managing rotas, coverage, performance and standards across your area
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Proven experience in security management or multi-site operational leadership
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to manage clients and teams
- Organised, commercially aware and comfortable being accountable for performance
- Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions
