Business Development Manager – Fire & Security

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager, Sales Executive or Account Manager within the Fire & Security industry?

Typical Responsibilities
- Generating new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts.
- Building long-term relationships with clients across a variety of industries.
- Identifying customer requirements and recommending tailored Fire & Security solutions.
- Preparing quotations, proposals and presentations.
- Managing your sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver successful projects.
We're Looking For
- Previous sales or business development experience within the Fire & Security industry.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Intruder Alarms
- Monitoring Services
- Integrated Security Solutions
- A proven track record of winning new business and developing customer relationships.
- A consultative, solution-led sales approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory and pipeline.
- Full UK driving licence.
Typical Package
- Basic salaries up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTEs of £70,000–£90,000+
