Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning as needed
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials responsibly, ensuring bins are emptied regularly
- Follow health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all areas
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety standards
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
