We are seeking an experienced Industrial Baker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ professional experience in a commercial or industrial bakery and be confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, mix, and bake products to company recipes and quality standards.
* Operate industrial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene and HACCP compliance.
* Ensure consistent product quality and meet daily production targets.
* Keep work areas clean and report any equipment issues.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial or commercial bakery.
* Strong knowledge of large-scale baking processes.
* Experience using industrial bakery machinery.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
