About Logic Property Maintenance Ltd
Logic Property Maintenance Ltd is a general building services company delivering residential and commercial projects across London and Hertfordshire. Our work includes refurbishments, decorating, flooring, extensions, and complete fit-out projects.
We are looking for a General Labourer to join our team on a commercial project in Dagenham on the 17th August, where an existing office building is being transformed into a modern training facility.
The Role
Working alongside our Site Manager and tradespeople, you'll help keep the project running efficiently by supporting the team with a variety of general site duties.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting skilled trades on site
- Moving and unloading materials
- Site clearance and keeping work areas clean and safe
- Assisting with strip-out and preparation works
- General labouring duties as directed by the Site Manager
This is a full-time role for the duration of the project, with the potential for further work on future Logic projects.
Requirements
✔ Previous construction or labouring experience
✔ Self-employed and CIS registered (preferred)
✔ CSCS card preferred
✔ Reliable, punctual and hard-working
✔ Able to travel to the Dagenham site each day
✔ Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Pay: £13.00-£18.00 per hour
