We're currently recruiting for Production Technician to join a busy manufacturing site in .
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in a heavy industrial / industrial, manufacturing or production environment who enjoys working with machinery and wants the opportunity to develop their skills.
Operating and monitoring production machinery
-
Carrying out routine checks, cleaning and basic maintenance

Monitoring production output and downtime
-
Troubleshooting day-to-day issues

Operating FLT, Clamp Truck, Skid Steer and MEWP equipment (training can be provided)

Completing daily equipment checks

Working safely and following site procedures

Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the operation
Previous experience in a heavy industrial / industrial or manufacturing environment

Practical, hands-on approach

Good problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Good IT skills
-
FLT, plant or MEWP experience is advantageous

Full training will be provided on site equipment

Reliable and comfortable working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
£35,000-£36,500 during training
£38,000-40,000 once fully trained
