Come and make a difference and be part of the dedicated Endoscopy team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath.
In this role, you will play a key part in the day to day running of endoscopy appointments including managing patient queries, general queries and booking appointments.
This role involves contact with patients, relatives and members of the general public, and you'll be part of a team that strives to provide an efficient and friendly appointment service to all.

You will be responsible for managing your own workload on a daily basis, this includes:
- Working independently to ensure waiting lists and appointments are booked efficiently
- The timely prioritisation and triage of referrals (including liaison with
multidisciplinary clinical teams)
- Maintaining accurate pending lists for appointments
- Providing accurate monthly waiting time data
- Checking for anomalies and spreadsheets to ensure all referrals are actioned
- Requesting patient notes from the RUH and other hospitals
- Undertaking all administrative tasks including scanning paperwork, emailing and filling.
