About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy and fast-paced operation. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse
- Check goods in and ensure all outgoing deliveries are accurate and on time
- Plan delivery routes efficiently
- Complete all relevant paperwork and ensure compliance with procedures
- Carry out vehicle checks and ensure health & safety standards are met
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards
Systems & Technical Requirements
- Strong experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and stock control software
- Confident in using computer systems for stock tracking, reporting, and order processing
- Experience with handheld scanning devices and digital inventory systems preferred
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
About You
- Proven experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role
- Must preferably hold both Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Truck licences
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive approach
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work under pressure
