We are looking for someone to join our team as a Community Mission Facilitator at our Manchester Central Church.
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

You will build relationships with local residents, community groups and organisations.

Identifying and developing opportunities for the church to engage meaningfully with neighbourhood life.

Creating spaces - informal, creative and relational, where people can explore faith at their own pace.

Providing pastoral presence and chaplaincy within community settings.

You will be working alongside the ministry team to integrate new relationships into the wider life of the church.

This role has an occupational requirement that the successful candidate must be a committed and practising Christian, actively involved with your Church and will be in sympathy with the doctrines of, and supportive of, the purposes and the aims and objectives of The Salvation Army.
