Residential Conveyancer (Hybrid) - Lancaster
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join our team, offering flexibility with a hybrid (2 days week) and/or fully office-based working arrangement. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes. The role could have the opportunity to develop into departmental management and the potential for Director status if desired.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
Prepare and review legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and SDLT forms.
Conduct property searches, enquiries, and liaise with external authorities as required.
Ensure all transactions comply with current legislation and internal quality standards.
Keep clients informed of progress throughout the conveyancing process via phone or email.
Experience:
- Residential Conveyancer: 1 year (required)
