Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and accuracy
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while adhering to timing requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent serving skills
- Basic math skills for accurate measuring and cash handling
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality are highly valued
