We’re on the hunt for a highly organised, fast-thinking Operations Assistant with proven experience in courier operations, B2B fulfilment, and dispatch coordination. This role is based in our busy Same-Day Delivery hub in Rotherhithe and is central to keeping our logistics running like clockwork.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Booking and coordinating same-day courier jobs

Handling client communications via phone, email, and live chat

Supporting drivers and warehouse teams with real-time updates

Managing B2B and e-commerce fulfilment dispatches

Troubleshooting delivery issues and communicating solutions

Keeping systems updated and admin under control
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in courier operations, fulfilment, or B2B dispatch
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Tech-savvy – able to work across multiple platforms with speed and accuracy
A calm, proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, logistics-heavy environment
A team player who gets stuck in and gets things done
