The Role: Renewables Operations Coordinator - Solar PV & Heat Pumps
We are looking for an organised and proactive Renewables Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our growing renewable energy department, specialising in Solar PV and Heat Pump installations.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for coordinating customer communication, scheduling surveys and installations, managing documentation and compliance processes, and supporting the smooth delivery of renewable projects from enquiry through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and previous experience in a coordination, operations, scheduling, or administration role — ideally within construction, electrical, HVAC, renewables, or a similar industry.

What We’re Looking For: Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an operations, coordinator, scheduling, or administration role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/scheduling systems
- Professional and proactive approach
What We’re Looking For: Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within renewables, construction, electrical, HVAC, or related industries
- Knowledge of Solar PV or Heat Pump installation processes
- Experience handling compliance or certification documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer enquiries and leads
- Take inbound customer calls and provide support throughout the installation process
- Schedule and coordinate site surveys and installation appointments
- Prepare customer handover documentation and installation certificates
- Send customer information packs and onboarding documentation
- Order equipment and liaise with suppliers where required
- Register completed installations for insurance and compliance purposes
- Support onboarding and administration of service plans
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Coordinate communication between customers, engineers, surveyors, and suppliers
- Support the overall day-to-day operations of the renewables department
