Our Bodrwnsiwn Vets is a well-established, multi-site, mixed practice with 15 Veterinary Surgeons, a strong team of RVN’s and team support colleagues has an exciting opportunity for a customer care focussed, Veterinary Receptionist is to join our practice. Full or part time hours could be considered within our practice hours. These hours will be split across our four branches.
We take pride in looking after clients their animals on Anglesey and in nearby Snowdonia.
You will need to be passionate about your work, have excellent communication and organisational skills
In this vital role, you will:

Provide a friendly, conscientious and caring encounter to represent the practice.

Greet clients and visitors to the Practice in a friendly and helpful manner.

Provide a high-level of customer care, at times in distressing situations.

Answer the telephone in accordance with Practice protocols.

Make appointments and hospital bookings.
- Complete administrative duties.
Salary of £12.71 per hour.
The role involves direct contact with animals and supporting equipment.
