The Role
As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our lettings and residential sales operation, supporting team development, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving branch performance across the business.
You’ll work closely with the directors and leadership team to:
✔ Lead, motivate and develop the branch team
✔ Create a culture of accountability, learning and performance
✔ Drive growth across lettings, property management, residential sales and landlord services
✔ Monitor KPIs and branch performance
✔ Improve customer service standards
✔ Coach and develop future talent
✔ Ensure operational excellence across the business
✔ Support business development and new client acquisition
What You’ll Be Responsible For
✔ Leading a team across both lettings and residential sales
✔ Monitoring branch KPIs and performance
✔ Coaching, training and developing team members
✔ Supporting valuers and negotiators to improve conversion rates
✔ Ensuring operational, compliance and service standards are maintained
✔ Driving growth in managed properties, instructions and revenue
✔ Maintaining exceptional customer service standards
✔ Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing branch culture
Who We’re Looking For
You may already be a Branch Manager.
Or perhaps you’re currently a Lettings Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Negotiator, Valuer or Senior Property Professional ready for the next step.

Salary: OTE £75,000 + Performance Bonuses + Company Phone + Mileage Allowance
Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
