Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: Oswestry (Outskirts)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Base(depending on experience) + Generous commission
Hours: Term-Time: 7:30am–5:00pm | School Holidays: 9:00am–4:00pm (Enjoy reduced hours!)

The Opportunity
Are you an experienced recruiter feeling stuck in your role, or a driven individual looking to break into the industry? We are looking for an ambitious Education Recruitment Consultant to develop a new area.
Experienced or Trainee? We want to hear from you! While we are highly interested in established consultants, we are equally keen to develop raw talent. If you have the drive, we welcome applications from trainees looking to launch a lucrative career, backed by our supportive team.

Your Role:
Grow & Conquer: Make proactive business development calls to prospective schools.
Build Partnerships: Manage and nurture existing relationships with school leaders.
Source Talent: Pre-screen, interview, and build a pipeline of elite education professionals.
Be the Face of Excell: Attend university and job centre career fairs.
What You Bring to the Team
The Experience: Recruitment agency experience is ideal, but a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles is fantastic for trainees!
The Drive: A resilient attitude, a natural confidence on the phone, and a hunger to succeed.
The Pace: The ability to thrive, multitask, and stay calm in a fast-moving environment.
The Kit: Excellent communication skills, a team-player attitude, and a full UK driving licence (essential for school visits).
