This post is a full time (37.5 hours) at Swineshead Medical Group.
We are a GP training practice and part of the Boston Primary Care Network. Our experienced healthcare team always aims to provide a first-class service to all its patients. We are a SystmOne practice with approximately 8600 patients
You will need to demonstrate leadership skills and be able to motivate and support the team and delegate work appropriately. you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to prioritise the workload and work independently whilst integrating with the existing team.
You will work closely with 6 reception staff, who work on a rota basis. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the reception team which will include appropriate cover to meet the demands of the business.
You will be working with the practice management team to deliver services across the practice in a proactive and efficient way. Experience of the NHS is essential but preferably in General Practice.
