About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, pride in their workmanship, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes across a variety of residential and/or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces for painting (sanding, filling, cleaning, priming)
- Applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to a high standard
- Operating spray painting equipment for efficient and high-quality finishes
- Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy
- Working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Experience with spray painting equipment and techniques
- Strong knowledge of painting methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
