Founding Growth & Partnerships Lead Accelerator
Build one of East London's most exciting creative destinations.
ArtWorks East | Leyton, East London
3 days per week | 6-Week Growth Accelerator Commission-Based | Fast-track to Permanent Salaried Role
This isn't a typical job.
We're looking for someone ambitious.
Someone who wants to build something rather than simply join an established organisation.
ArtWorks East has already welcomed over 10,000 visitors, supported 300+ artists, delivered 50+ events, and we're now entering an exciting new phase with coworking, artist studios, a café and an expanded programme of exhibitions, workshops and cultural events.
We're looking for someone to help us grow it.
The Opportunity
You'll join us on a six-week Growth Accelerator.
Your mission is simple:
Help us fill our remaining coworking memberships and studio spaces while building partnerships and growing our creative community.
This isn't simply a temporary position.
It's designed as a pathway into a long-term salaried leadership role.
If the agreed growth targets are achieved, you'll move directly into a permanent salaried Growth & Partnerships Lead position with ongoing commission and progression opportunities.
During the Accelerator
You'll receive:
✅ Uncapped enhanced commission
✅ Travel expenses paid
✅ Lunch allowance
✅ Weekly mentoring
✅ Professional sales training
✅ Business development coaching
✅ Direct support from the Founder
This six-week accelerator is designed to reward results.
During this period you'll receive our enhanced commission structure, giving you the opportunity to earn exceptionally well while helping us reach the next stage of growth.
The enhanced commission remains in place for the full accelerator period, even if we achieve our targets early.
Your Role
You'll be responsible for helping grow ArtWorks East through:
- Coworking memberships
- Artist studio lettings
- Partnership development
- Community outreach
- Sales conversations and tours
- Local business networking
- Creative marketing
- CRM management
- Events support
- Referral opportunities
- Building relationships across East London's creative community
Long-Term Progression
Once the accelerator targets have been achieved, the role progresses into a permanent salaried position.
As ArtWorks East grows, so will the role.
Future responsibilities include:
- Partnerships
- Sponsorship
- Gallery hire
- Corporate events
- Conferences
- Exhibition sales
- Art sales
- Funding projects
- Marketing strategy
- Community growth
- Leadership opportunities
The position's goal is to generate and convert leads to support our mission of full occupancy while helping build one of London's most exciting creative organisations.

We're far more interested in mindset than job titles.
You might come from:

Most importantly, you're someone who:
