Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Internal Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. Duties
- Lead internal candidate sourcing efforts through effective lead generation strategies.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Maintain strong relationship management with internal candidates and department stakeholders to promote engagement and transparency throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize social media management tools and channels to promote internal opportunities and attract potential candidates within the organization.
- Conduct thorough screening of internal applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports on hiring progress, and continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment roles with a focus on lead generation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate job requirements and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology platforms while maintaining attention to detail.
