Assistant Production Coordinator

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 4:15pm

Hotel Linen Services is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an ambitious, motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Production Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of our commercial laundry facility while receiving training and development in production planning, team coordination, quality control, operational management, and the implementation of new business projects.

The Role
As an Assistant Production Coordinator, you will work closely with management to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our production facility. This is a hands-on role that combines operational responsibilities with opportunities to develop leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of production activities
* Operating commercial washing, drying, and finishing equipment
* Monitoring workflow and helping prioritise production schedules
* Carrying out quality inspections to ensure high presentation standards
* Supporting stock control and linen management processes
* Assisting with staff training and onboarding where required
* Helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity
* Supporting the delivery of new projects and operational improvements
* Ensuring health, safety, and company procedures are followed
* Providing operational support across all areas of the business
* Working closely with management to help achieve production and service targets

This role requires candidates to be available to work the set working hours of Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 4:15pm.
