We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our FCA dealership in Swindon.

What You’ll Be Doing

Allocating work to Technicians, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are consistently met

Liaising with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers updated on any delays

Monitoring productivity to ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes

Identifying and resolving workshop issues quickly, keeping both the team and customers informed

Supporting the workshop team to deliver a high standard of work at all times
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience within the automotive industry (Workshop Controller or Senior Technician level)

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication skills across departments and with customers

A proactive leader who can motivate and support a team to hit targets
