What the role involves:
- Making fresh dough daily and handling it with skill and consistency
- Stretching and firing pizzas to perfection in our stone oven
- Working clean, fast, and efficiently during busy service
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and prep
- Collaborating with chefs and front-of-house to deliver a great guest experience
You’ll need to bring:
- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a pizza-led kitchen
- A real passion for pizza, fresh ingredients, and quality
- Great energy and a calm head under pressure
- Attention to detail — from dough to table
- A team-first attitude and pride in your craft
