Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated territories or sectors.

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and current clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements ensuring mutual benefit while achieving organisational objectives.
- Prepare customised proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; willingness to travel regularly.
- Proven experience in B2C sales environments, preferably within relevant industries.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office Suite and CRM software.
