Job Summary:
As Front of House Staff, you'll be the first smiling face our guests see! You'll play a key role in delivering friendly, efficient service in our lively restaurant. Perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and wants part time work with a great team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- Take food & drink orders accurately using our POS system
- Serve meals, beverages, and handle table service promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming dining area
- Handle payments, process bills, and manage cash/card transactions
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Deal with customer queries or feedback in a positive way
What We're Looking For:
- Previous front of house / customer service experience in hospitality (restaurant, café, bar, etc.) preferred but not essential – full training provided
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine smile
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and some weekdays
