Wessex Photographic is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focusedSales & Photographic Assistant to join our friendly team in Ringwood, Hampshire.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about photography, technology and sales, and who genuinely enjoys helping customers. You will need to be confident, energetic and able to deliver an excellent level of customer service throughout the day.
Please note: You must be available to work Saturdays to be considered for this role.
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Your day-to-day role will include:
- Selling our products and services with enthusiasm and confidence
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and introduce customers to our wider range of products and services
- Printing photographs, posters, canvases, mugs, T-shirts and much more
- Using Photoshop for photo restoration, editing and creative design work
- Undertaking general shop duties, including stock control and visual merchandising
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team to ensure the smooth running of the shop
The successful applicant will be:

Experience
The following experience would be beneficial, but is not essential:
- Sales: 1 year preferred, but not essential
- Photography
- Graphic Design
Full training will be provided where required. We are more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
