Responsibilities
- Drafting and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Organising case files, maintaining up-to-date records, and managing document retrieval efficiently
- Assisting with client communication, including scheduling appointments and responding to enquiries in a professional manner
- Conducting basic legal research to support case preparation
- Managing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining calendars for court dates or meetings
- Supporting the legal team during trials or meetings by preparing necessary materials and documentation
Skills
- Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents and information accurately
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Proven customer service abilities to communicate professionally with clients and external parties
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is important
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software is desirable

Pay: £24,420.00-£49,210.34 per year
