Duties
- Perform regular commercial cleaning tasks across all nursery areas, including classrooms, play zones, restrooms, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order
- Follow established cleaning schedules and safety protocols to ensure consistent cleanliness
- Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain waste management areas in an orderly fashion
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Support deep cleaning activities during scheduled intervals to maintain a pristine environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within childcare or educational settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures to ensure effective sanitation without hazards
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
- Excellent time management skills to complete daily duties efficiently within scheduled hours
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or supplies needs clearly and promptly

Hours - 6pm - 9pm Monday - Friday All Year Around
Pay: £13.50 per hour
