Bell Fire West, a trusted name in fire protection services, is seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to support and manage cost planning, contract administration, and commercial performance on a range of fire protection and passive fire projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of projects
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Conduct site visits and measure works to support valuations and variations
- Negotiate and liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and control costs to maximise profitability
- Prepare monthly valuations and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with legal, quality, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within fire protection or construction
- Knowledge of current building regulations and commercial practices
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
