To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Have previous commercial driving, delivery driving, courier or multi-drop experience
- Be able to provide a current DBS check (or be willing to obtain one).
- Be willing to undergo regular drug and alcohol testing.
- Be reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Be physically capable of loading, unloading, and handling goods safely.
- Be comfortable driving throughout London and across the UK when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery vans across London and the UK.
- Deliver goods efficiently and within scheduled delivery windows.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are handled safely and securely.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
- Complete all delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
- Obtain customer signatures and proof of delivery where required.
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, operations staff, and customers.
- Adhere to all road traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Represent Direct Link professionally at all customer locations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Courier Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Van Driver, or similar commercial driving role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of road safety and driving regulations.
- Good geographical knowledge and route planning skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional approach to work.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Multi-drop delivery experience.
- Experience using delivery tracking or route-planning systems.
- Experience working within courier, logistics, transport, or distribution environments.
- Customer-facing delivery experience.
- Knowledge of London road networks and major UK routes.
