Salary: £31,953 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, worked over 7 days
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join a busy and professional kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional food quality and service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of their designated kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and food safety are always maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to an exceptional standard.
- Deliver efficient and professional service during busy periods.
- Ensure excellent attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor portion control and minimise waste.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Support and guide kitchen assistants when required.
- Follow all company standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of food allergen management.
- Complete HACCP records and daily checklists as required.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute positively to a safe and collaborative working environment.
- Undertake additional duties relevant to the role as required.
Requirements
Essential Criteria
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a Chef de Partie position within a hotel, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment.
- Basic HACCP qualification.
- Strong culinary and food preparation skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work across different kitchen environments.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
