Position: Chef De Partie
Hours: Part-time, 15–20 hours per week (Weekend availability is essential)

About Us
The Pear Tree Inn is a charming rural country pub and farmhouse kitchen. We pride ourselves on serving fresh, seasonal, locally sourced, and imaginative food—from our daily menu to our popular traditional Sunday roasts. We are looking for a passionate Chef De Partie, dedicated to join our friendly kitchen team.
The Role
As our Chef De Partie, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation during busy service times. You'll work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to maintain our reputation for exceptional, farm-to-plate dining.
Because weekends are our busiest and most vibrant periods, weekend availability is an absolute must for this position.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience working as a Chef or an ambitious Line Cook looking to step up.
- A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure during peak service.
- High standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work 15–20 hours per week, with mandatory weekend shifts.
