Responsibilities

- Provide personalised skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering professional advice
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality
- Promote retail products to clients to support their ongoing beauty routines
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Strong makeup application skills with an eye for colour coordination and detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to build rapport with clients and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Good organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently and maintain hygiene standards
- Prior experience working in a professional salon environment is advantageous but not mandatory
