Help us create healthier homes and better lives
At Abri, we believe everyone deserves a safe, warm, and healthy home. As our Healthy Homes Damp & Mould Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in making that happen.
Leading a team of skilled operatives and decorators, you'll help tackle damp, mould, and property defects that impact our customers' wellbeing. From supporting your team to deliver outstanding work, to working closely with colleagues and contractors, you'll ensure customers receive a responsive, high-quality service that makes a real difference to their lives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced repairs leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer outcomes.
What you'll be doing
No two days are the same, but you'll spend your time:
-
Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team delivering damp, mould, and remedial repair works across our communities.
-
Ensuring our customers receive a professional, responsive service that puts their needs first.
-
Working collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and partners to deliver high-quality repairs and value for money.
-
Managing performance, productivity and service standards to ensure we consistently achieve our goals.
-
Taking ownership of customer feedback and complaints, finding solutions and driving positive outcomes.
-
Promoting a strong culture of safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement across your team.
What we're looking for?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving customers' homes and leading a team that makes a real difference every day.
You'll have experience managing repairs or maintenance teams, a good understanding of damp, mould, and property defects, and the ability to balance great customer service with strong operational performance. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, building positive relationships, and supporting others to succeed.
A construction, trade, or health and safety qualification (such as SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH) would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in the experience, passion, and values you'll bring to the role.
This role will be primarily based at our Eastleigh office, where you'll work closely with colleagues across the business and be part of a collaborative team environment.
You'll also travel to our Yeovil office when required, giving you the opportunity to build relationships across locations and support colleagues and customers in different parts of the organisation.
What's in it for you?
At Abri, we're committed to helping our people thrive. You'll be joining a supportive team where your contribution is valued and where you'll have opportunities to develop your career while making a meaningful difference to thousands of customers.
