We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Porter at Rhinefield House Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?
As a Porter, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet. You’ll welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay, offering personalised service and thoughtful recommendations that showcase your knowledge of the hotel and local area.
You’ll assist with arrivals, valet parking, luggage, and guest orientation, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from the moment they step through the door. Strong teamwork and clear communication with all departments are essential, helping deliver seamless service and awareness of daily activities.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

- Local knowledge of the surrounding area and places of interest would be advantageous.

- Through your enthusiasm and willing approach, you will demonstrate how you find solutions to any scenario.
