We are a small café/bar looking for an experienced and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will be passionate about preparing high-quality breakfasts, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent food and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen in line with food safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels and minimise waste.
- Ensure food is prepared efficiently during busy service periods.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to provide a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar kitchen role.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking with excellent attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
- Clean - food hygiene certificate preferred.
