We are looking to add a friendly, dynamic person to assist our busy charity shop/warehouse team on Saturdays. Training will be provided for all aspects of the job. Must have fluent English and good numeracy/literacy skills for the requirements of the role.
7 hours per week each Saturday 9am-4.30pm with 1/2hr unpaid lunch break
Job Summary
- Sort through donated items for shop stock or recycling
- Move heavy bags/boxes & furniture around the warehouse
- Price stock according to pricing guidelines and fill shop displays
- Welcome and serve customers, attending to their requests
- Operate an EPOS till system
- Ensure H&S and quality standards are met and Gift Aid is promoted (full training provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the shop floor & warehouse ensuring self, co-workers and customers comply with H&S policies & procedures
