Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Nail Technician to join our energetic team. In this role, you will deliver top-quality nail services while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Your creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
This role is for a self-employed individual who is flexible with the Salon work hours and client needs.
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and any other aspects trained in with precision and care
- Provide additional beauty treatments trained in
- Manage guest appointments efficiently while maintaining a welcoming front desk presence
- Upsell additional services
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and special offers
- Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a busy salon environment
- Strong management skills for scheduling appointments and handling multiple clients simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of social media management to help promote the salon’s services online
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
