Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls using proper phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Mail, QuickBooks, Apptoto
- Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Support team members with various clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle correspondence via email and phone, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare reports and documents as required for meetings or management review.
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or front-desk roles is advantageous but not essential.
