SITE LEADER – HOLIDAY CAMP (SEASONAL)

£70.00 - £81.00 per day
School Holidays – Summer, Easter & Winter
Multiple positions available, including seasonal and flexible bank staff opportunities across our holiday programmes in Carshalton and Epsom.
AMBIT Youngerz is looking for an experienced and motivated Site Leader to oversee the day-to-day delivery of our holiday programmes for children aged 5–12.
This role is ideal for experienced youth workers, teachers, childcare professionals, sports coaches or programme coordinators looking to lead a team and create exceptional experiences for children.
WORK HOURS (MONDAY-THURSDAY):
Carshalton: 9:45am-2:15pm
Epsom: 9:00am-3:30pm
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the daily operation of the holiday programme
- Supervising Activity Leaders and Activity Assistants
- Leading safeguarding, health and safety procedures
- Acting as the main point of contact for parents and carers
- Managing attendance, welfare and programme delivery
- Coordinating activities, trips and special events
- Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience leading teams within childcare, youth work or education. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working with children aged 5-16 9 (Essential)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Level 2 Safeguarding qualification (Essential)
- First Aid qualification desirable (Essential if no other first aider on site)
Bank Staff Opportunities Available:
We are also recruiting Bank Site Leaders to support holiday provision on a flexible and rotational basis throughout the year.
