With high standards across our accommodation and facilities, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician who takes real pride in their work and consistently delivers quality results.
The Role:
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of park facilities, ensuring everything is presented to the highest standard for our guests. A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality workmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the park (carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, painting, etc.)
· Prepare and maintain holiday accommodation to a high standard
· Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively, with minimal disruption
· Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests
· Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail and pride in finish
· Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organised work environment
About You:
· Experienced in multiple trades (e.g. plumbing, joinery, decorating, general repairs)
· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
· Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
· Problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude
· Good time management and organisational skills
· Friendly and professional, with a team-oriented approach
· Full UK driving licence preferred
