Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in schools across London?
We are expanding our pool of reliable and dedicated General and SEN Teaching Assistants to support our partner Primary, Secondary and Specialist SEN Schools across all London boroughs.
Whether you're looking for regular supply work, part-time hours, or short-term placements, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils and teachers across a variety of educational settings. Work may include:
- General classroom support
- 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Supporting small intervention groups
- Working within specialist SEN provisions
- Assisting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs and other additional needs
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assignments range from pre-booked placements to last-minute and morning sickness cover, meaning flexibility and reliability are essential.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, care or youth work experience welcomed)
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEND (desirable but not essential for general TA roles)
- Are adaptable, enthusiastic and proactive
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Are available for flexible work across London
- Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
